What are the Tibetan Rites:

The Tibetan Rites are a series of five YOGA-TYPE poses known as the Fountain of Youth. They are specifically designed to increase energy and stamina and slow down the aging process.

The first book about the Tibetan Rites was published in l939 and the title was "Eye of Revelation".  Peter Kelder was the author and told a story about how he was introduced to the Rites through a friend named Colonel Bradford.  In 1985 Kelder wrote a second book on the Tibetan Rites called "The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth".  He emphasized how doing the Rites could turn around the aging process.  A friend taught me the rites in l985 and I have been doing them for the most part of the past 20 years.
