The Tibetan
Rites are a series of
five YOGA-TYPE poses known as the Fountain of Youth. They are specifically
designed to increase
energy and stamina and slow down the aging
process. The first book about the Tibetan Rites was published in l939 and the title was "Eye
of Revelation". Peter Kelder
was the author and told a story about how he was introduced to the Rites
through a friend named Colonel Bradford.
Benefits of the Rites: 1. The Rites slow down aging process by keeping the energy centers in the body working in harmony. 2. The Rites take only 8-10 minutes to do. 3. The Rites increase energy and stamina. 4. The Rites keep the immune system strong and also keeps the
endocrine system working properly. 5. In Pages 51-64 of the book
"Ancient Secrets of the Fountain of Youth" several doctors talk about their experiences of doing the Rites
themselves. These are a few of the benefits the doctors listed: muscular strength, flexibility, circulation, and respiratory function
as well as enhancing coordination, equilibrium, energy and mental acuity.
